The Internet connections in truck stops are sometimes sorely lacking. The Sprint PCS Internet connection I have for my laptop is often just too slow to take advantage of VOIP. The wireless Internet infrastructure is going to have to improve more before a mobile user can do VOIP. In the meantime, cell service is becoming more competitive and the price is slowly coming down over time. If some of the key ones are missing such as adequate Selenium, it really creates major problems. Also I believe much of the overweight problem we face as a society is driven by two things -- the lack of proper nutrition and the over-abundance of sugar and carbohydrates in available food. The lack of proper nutrition causes many people to be endlessly hungry, and all they feed themselves with is carbohydrates. This leads directly to type-two diabetes and many other ills. With the proper nutrition present in one's diet the drive to continuously over-eat just isn't present. In fact, it has become next to impossible for me to over-feed myself -- after I've eaten enough to satisfy myself I just don't want any more. Hope you have a great weekend.
